The song, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” invites us to jingle belling,  well wishing, telling and all sorts of good-cheer activities. For many people, though, it is not the most wonderful time of the year.

I served a congregation where a gentleman had lost his wife on Christmas Eve and the holy days reminded him every year of what he had lost. He helped me develop that congregation’s Longest Night service.  Longest Night is a worship service for those for whom the holidays are a struggle AND for those among us who desire to walk alongside those families. Regardless the reason for the struggle, we are here to walk together so that everyone can know they are loved in the midst of this time of year. I hope you will consider coming and participating or helping.  Shalom, Rev. Kurt

Tuesday, December 21st
7:00pm - 8:00pm

The service will be recorded and posted to our You Tube and Facebook pages at the conclusion of the live service so that you may watch at any time that is convenient for you.
