Adult Sunday School

Sunday School at Christ United Methodist Church offers a variety of opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship for all ages. By bringing people together in smaller groups to learn about the Christian faith and the Christian life, Sunday School provides a foundation for Sunday worship and helps form a bridge to the mission of the church in the world.

Opportunities for Sunday Bible Study are offered at 10:15 am & 11:15 am.  See below for a list of all the current classes and where they meet.  Visitors are always welcome.

10:15 am Sunday School Classes

Survey of the Bible – Room 5 – is a group of adults who systematically study (survey) the Bible.  This class uses the Explore the Bible adult Bible Study from LifeWay.   If you have questions about this group, please contact Scott Whiteman |

Wesley Fellowship – Room 4– is a group of adults who help each other grow in faith through discussion of the Adult Bible Studies curriculum.  If you have questions about this group, please contact Carol Martinez |

11:15 am Sunday School Classes

The Spirit Explorers – Room 4 – is a class for those from ages 18 to 98.  Our class focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of our spiritual growth.  We may look at a particular aspect of our faith, such as prayer or dig deep into a particular book of the Bible, focusing on the life and times of those who lived it and on how it applies to us today.

If you would like to know more about these classes or would like a personal introduction to one of the classes, please contact the church office at 765-474-4313, or email Carol Yarian |
